An ant named Sophie was once born under a palm tree and Sophie was 6 years old. The palm tree had a little bit of a breeze and Sophie loved it. When Sophie was little, she loved to play with her ant friends; but something unusual started to happen when Sophie began growing up. She started to dislike spending time with other ants which is not normal for an ant. All of a sudden she liked being alone every day after school. She got mad because she did not want to take anyone with her; so, even though she was expected to not go alone on this journey, .[[dicide someone to go with her]] or [[for her to go alone]]everything and he said, “Okay, I understand.” Sophie was scared and she did not know what to do; but after all, the investigator did not do anything to her. In fact, they were just talking and she was so happy with what he told her. He told her that she was going to live in San Francisco, and she was so happy that she told other ants to go with her. They all wanted to, even Sophie's mom and dad also wanted to go with Sophie. Sophie really wanted to stay because she finally got to live in a new place and was going to be able to hang out with them. But Sophie also went to work there with the investigator, where they worked to make a big nest, which other ants helped with the nest and they wanted to so bad.[[for her to go alone]] Every ant was happy, even Sophie was really happy. They had a little party and an open house which means that Sophie found a new house and the house was big and pretty. When Sophie started her new job, she liked it because it was fun for her. Sophie sometimes missed her old house which was her calm palm tree. It was really her favorite! Sophie tried not to think about her old house. When Sophie was a little bit more grown-up, she did a party at her house and every ant went [[should she be happy]] or [[excited]] [[go alone]] she dicided to go alone because did not want to take anyone. Then Sophie started to go to college with her friends, and she made even more friends. When Sophie went to school, she thought about the days when she did not like to hang out with her ant friends, and when she used to act so weird in front of them. Her friends at school saw her, and they asked if she was okay. Sophie ignored them. After school, she told her parents what had happened and how she missed living in the palm tree.
